I am in the process of ripening my Easter Peeps...this process actually takes about two weeks or more to get the correct hardness...I want them hard with a bit of chewiness - not hard where they actually crunch....these are ripening Peeps for my over seas friends who don't know what they are....
I've never really liked peeps. I've had them when they're harder and like them better that way. They look so cute in your picture!
